Sandra Gillis-Kennedy

Dr. Sandra Gillis-Kennedy is an optometrist specializing in neuro-optometric rehabilitation and vision therapy for patients of all ages. She provides individualized treatment programs for learning-related vision problems, including difficulties with reading, eye tracking, visual processing, and attention that can interfere with academic performance. Dr. Gillis-Kennedy also works extensively with patients recovering from concussions and acquired brain injuries, helping improve visual comfort, balance, coordination, and daily functioning through neuro-optometric rehabilitation and vision therapy. In addition, she assesses and treats patients with Proprioceptive Dysfunction Syndrome (PDS), prescribing active prisms designed to improve spatial awareness, posture, sensory integration, and overall neurological function.
