1. Definitions
- “Canada’s Rehab Pros Directory,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the owners and operators of the Canada’s Rehab Pros Directory Inc. online directory.
- “User” or “Member” refers to any professional who creates an account or profile on Canada’s Rehab Pros Directory.

Consequences of Misrepresentation:
- Reporting to Regulatory Bodies: If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are misrepresenting yourself as a protected title healthcare professional, we reserve the right and may be legally obligated to report your conduct, including relevant personal information and evidence, to the appropriate professional licensing College or regulatory body.
- Legal Implications: Falsely using a protected professional title or holding yourself out as a regulated practitioner is a serious offense under provincial health statutes and potentially criminal law, and can result in significant fines and/or imprisonment. By violating this term, you accept that you may face civil liability and criminal prosecution, and we reserve the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory investigations.
- Account Termination: Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of your access to our services, without warning.
4. Professional Conduct
Members agree to uphold professional and ethical standards consistent with their governing regulatory bodies. Any content or conduct deemed inappropriate, unprofessional, misleading, or unethical may result in suspension or termination of the account.
5. Profile Publication
By submitting your information, you consent to the publication of your professional profile on the Canada’s Rehab Pros Directory directory. This may include your name, photograph, credentials, area of practice, location, contact information, and services offered.
Canada’s Rehab Pros Directory reserves the right to edit or remove any content that does not meet our professional, ethical, or verification standards.
6. Membership Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy

- Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

8. Verification Disclaimer
Canada’s Rehab Pros Directory makes reasonable efforts to verify professional credentials but does not guarantee that all listed members are licensed or in good standing with their respective regulatory bodies. Patients are encouraged to confirm professional credentials directly with the relevant licensing authority.
9. User Content Responsibility
Members are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of all information, text, and images they submit. Canada’s Rehab Pros Directory is not responsible for any claims, communications, or outcomes arising from information posted by members or any subsequent interaction between healthcare professionals and patients.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and materials on the Canada’s Rehab Pros Directory website are the property of Canada’s Rehab Pros Directory and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
Members retain ownership of their individual profile content but grant Canada’s Rehab Pros Directory a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the directory.
11. Service Availability and Modifications
