I offer massage therapy grounded in clinical reasoning and careful listening. Sessions are tailored to individual needs and delivered in a quiet, well-appointed studio that allows time and space to work thoughtfully. When useful, there’s room to review movement, positioning, or simple exercises as part of care.

Clients don’t need to over-explain — whether you’re describing pain, tension, or something that’s hard to pin down, I’m familiar with the language of physical experience and work from there. My practice emphasizes clarity, continuity, and hands-on work in a calm, professional setting.
