Reeja Thomas

I am a Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy and have been practicing since 2017. My clinical experience includes motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, orthopaedic conditions, sports injuries, post-operative care, functional deconditioning, and musculoskeletal pain management.

I take a compassionate, individualized approach to care, combining hands-on techniques such as soft tissue release and Active Release Therapy (ART) with targeted exercise programs to support long-term recovery. I have completed Level 1 Pelvic Health training with Pelvic Health Solutions and Level 1 Concussion Management through SHIFT Concussion Management, and I continue to advance my skills through ongoing orthopaedic training with the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) program.

Outside of work, I enjoy learning, traveling, swimming, and baking for family and friends.
